MEET THE DIRECTOR
Shahid Karim, a serial entrepreneur.
Born in Manchester 1973 having left school he went straight into a HND in business Finance 1990. Having thrown himself into the deep end Shahid was ready for the challenge went straight in to the retail industry in Manchester in 1990.
Having made a success in Manchester Shahid decided to move to South Wales in 1996 when he was thrust into the exploding mobile phone industry through-out South Wales. Very quickly Shahid built a chain of 13 retail outlets and also actively went in to property industry 1996 including commercial, retail and residential/student development, involved in projects in Manchester, Leicester.
Not satisfied and always hungry to generate business and jobs in 2008 Shahid set up a self-storage centre in South Wales that consistently runs at 95% occupancy.
Shahid also has interests in other businesses such as a logistics firm, vehicle hire, fast food, healthcare pharmacy, retail & commercial investments and is actively seeking property developments and have acquired various property sites across South Wales.
